Goodbye Mt. Lemmon and Hello Phoenix Heat

I bring greetings and memories of cool weather from Mt. Lemmon! This is a beautiful place that values their cyclists and has made adjustments to make it safer for them, widening the shoulders to provide more room and posting signs to remind motorists of their presence.

Meanwhile, back in Phoenix, it's hot. But you don't have to give up your bike, even when it's hot. Just follow a few rules and remember the effect of wind chill.
